I teach a creativity reawakening programme. This takes place over a 10 week course and is held at the Central England Holistic Therapies Centre in Kings Heath, Birmingham.
Clients follow a four stage programme, including keeping a journal, using visualisation and accessing their imaginations through relaxation. Class sizes are kept small to encourage the full participation and benefits for everybody.
The next classes will start the first week in October, and be held on Wednesdays 2-4pm and Thursdays 7-9pm. The first session is FREE and the remaining course fee is £115, reduced to £90 if two clients attend together. This is for a total of 10 sessions. Free refreshments, including home made cakes are included.
