Hypnosis is an entirely natural state which we enter regularly and effortlessly. It’s rather like daydreaming and it is a form of deep relaxation. Whilst in a light hypnotic trance clients explore their unconscious thoughts to allow them to find solutions to difficulties.
I use a mixture of visualisation techniques, positive suggestions and, when appropriate, an analytical approach, looking for the root cause of problems.
It is a remarkably effective way of self-healing.
